1. Greetings and Information Session
The president welcomed the MTC members and reviewed the agenda. The MTC president
thanked the Korean Federation for their planning of this meeting and hospitality.
2. Approval of the Agenda
Agenda approved with the addition of some new elements to be evaluated.
3. Approval of the minutes of the meeting in Lausanne, SUI, February 2011
Minutes were approved.
4. Information and Correspondence
Istvan Karacsony
Universiade final preparations are underway in Shenzen. A total of 42 federations will
participate within five men's subdivisions for Competition I.
Liping Huang
He attended the Doha Challenger Cup as the FIG Technical Delegate. Two new elements
were performed during the competition, to be evaluated later during this meeting.
Sawao Kato
He reported that the majority of attendees at the recent Code of Points Symposium made
comments about the overall high scoring of vault in comparison to the other apparatus and
he wants to make this a top priority for correction in the next cycle.
The Japanese Federation held the Japan Cup last week in the same arena as the World
Championships.
The drawing of lots for the 2011 World Championships was completed in Tokyo two days
ago.
Edouard Iarov
He attended the American Cup (World Cup) in Jacksonville USA as the FIG Technical
Delegate. There was a problem with one injured athlete from Russia that could not
participate in the all-around competition. The gymnast was asked to withdraw prior to the
