Competition Fees
André Gueisbuhler announced that the Executive Committee was proposing to continue the fees
schedule currently in force.
Decision: The Council unanimously approved the proposal not to modify the fees
schedule.
11. Suspension, Admission (Provisional), and Expulsion of Federations
Federations Suspended for Defaulting on the Payment of Annual Fees
André Gueisbuhler pointed out that the 2010 Congress had approved new regulations for the
Statutes. Articles 7.1 and 7.2 specify that any Federation paying its annual fees past the deadline
cannot make proposals or nominate candidates for the next electoral Congress. He then
announced that several Federations have been suspended for having failed so far to pay their
annual fees, in spite of several reminders.

Nobert Bueche informed that BRN and CAM had applied for affiliation; subsequently Congress will
have to ratify these applications. The Statutes Commission has given a favorable evaluation.
